Who is this class for?
Our Mini & Me, baby wearing classes are for any caregiver and their little ones! 😁✨️Yes, that means DADS, GRANDPARENTS, AUNTIES and EVERYONE! Sometimes all of the above. 🙌🏽 You can bring your babies (from 6 weeks – with baby wearing encouraged), big kids, or multiple kiddies. 🤱🏽👫👭
About the class:
These 45 minute fitness classes are an amazing way to get in your exercise while having a tonne of fun with the whole family 🤩🥰
Classes include a warmup, cardio set, & a new simple dance routine each week, then we finish with baby boogie (time at the end to dance around with our little ones).
Do I need prior dance experience?
ZERO experience required, no coordination needed, if you can walk and count to 8 this class is for you! 👌🏽😁😁You can even bring 2 left feet 🦶🏽🦶🏽 to follow along the easy fun steps, with a chance always for some freestyle moves. 💃🕺🙌🏽
Do I have to have my child in a carrier?
You can baby wear, leave bub in the pram, or pop them down on the play mat provided. The bigger kids can be loud, play or run, we want them to have just as much fun! 🥳🥳 Whatever works best for you works best for us!
What will I get out of this class?
- Wear comfortable clothes, PJs accepted
- Wear comfortable shoes, barefoot also welcome
- Bring a Drink Bottle
- Bring snacks for the kids
