Dance of all types can involve risk of personal injury. All dancers and participants attending a class are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit for classes. They must at all times take care of their own personal safety and the safety of their baby, child and/or children.

I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in dance class. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition or previous injury that would prevent my participation in this class.
