Release & waiver

Dance of all types can involve risk of personal injury. All dancers and participants attending a class are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit for classes. They must at all times take care of their own personal safety and the safety of their baby, child and/or children.

Terms of service

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students, and to follow all rules and instructions before, during and after classes.

Class passes can not be replaced or extended, if you lose your pass you will need to purchase a new one.

Please ensure you use your pass before the expiry date. You can self manage your memberships on the website to downgrade, upgrade or cancel! If you need to pause your account please contact the studio director or email info@inclusivedanceacademy.com

You are responsible for your own healthy and safety at all times. You release, indemnify and hold harmless Inclusive Dance Academy its servants and agents from and against all actions or claims that might otherwise be made by you or on your behalf by other parties in respect of or occurring from any injury, loss, damage or death caused to you, or in any injury, loss, or damage caused to your property.

Cancellation policy

Missed group classes are eligible for make up lessons, while Private Lessons are eligible for make up lessons if at least 24 hours notice.

Memberships can be cancelled anytime online by self managing your memberships on the website to downgrade, upgrade or cancel! If you need to pause your account please contact the studio director or email info@inclusivedanceacademy.com

Code of Conduct

All students participating in any class must do so in an orderly and respectful fashion and in accordance with our Code of Conduct

Any failure to do so will result in exclusion and removal from the class. This is at the discretion of the Studio Director. Behaviour that would result in such action would include being consistently inappropriate, disruptive, rude, threatening or violent in any way, harrassing other students or instructors in any way or being under the influence of drugs including alcohol. We are committed to making our Dance Studio a safe space, and while we understand many people start dance to meet new people, it is your responsibility to make sure all interactions are welcomed by the other person/people
